​Valid Driver’s License

Students must carry a valid Driver’s License (any class) at all times during each lesson. Failure to present a valid license will result in cancellation of the lesson, which will not be rescheduled. The student will be responsible for the full cost of the missed lesson.

Student Cancellation / Rescheduling

Students are expected to treat driving lessons as a priority, similar to work or classroom commitments.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the lesson fee

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the lesson fee

 

School Cancellation / Rescheduling

The School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, including instructor illness, vehicle issues, or poor road conditions.

Students will be notified as soon as possible, and the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

 

Student Drop-Out Policy

An instructor may discontinue lessons with a student for the following reasons:

• More than one no-show for in-car lessons

• Failure to respond to calls or messages after repeated attempts over a one-week period

• Three or more cancellations without valid reason (Note: Sporting events, social events, or unexpected work schedule changes are not considered valid reasons.)

Payments

Payments can be made before, during, or immediately after each lesson. Full payment is due by the end of the scheduled appointment.

• Cash

• E-Transfer

• Debit/Credit Card

• Online eGift Cards (via website)

Prices are as listed on our website, are non-negotiable, and may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes apply.

 

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for lessons or car rental sessions that have already taken place.

For prepaid lessons, refunds are available only if cancellation notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson. Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to the cancellation fee.

 

Student Liability

All vehicles are fully insured for lessons. However, the School reserves the right to pursue recovery from any liable party in the event of an accident or violation.

 

If a student is found at fault in an accident or traffic violation, they may be responsible under Manitoba’s Highway Traffic Act, including applicable insurance deductibles related to vehicle repair.

 

Code of Conduct

We expect all students to treat instructors and staff with respect.

• Abusive, aggressive, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.

• Any student under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused service.

In such cases, the School reserves the right to cancel the lesson without refund. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
